Background
After developing a new packaging vision with its strategic design partner, Gerber needed to roll out the intent across all 227 SKUs — and the project was almost a month behind schedule.


Challenge
Utilize the newly crafted design intent to lead design adaptation efforts across the entire Gerber portfolio, solving for flavor variants, product types, a range of pack formats, and new sub-brands.

Outcome
To bring the project back on schedule, the first 4 waves of artwork (99 SKUs) were creatively compressed. Photography was shot and retouched in tandem with design adaptation.

The design-led adaptation process successfully delivered a cohesive brand presence across both physical and digital shelves — on time and on budget.
