The pre-press position provides preparation and application of printer’s technical specifications to pre-media packaging graphics files maintaining the highest level of quality and workmanship. Work is typically performed under minimal daily supervision, receiving guidance from manager/supervisor about the work that needs to be completed.

The Design Lead will manage, lead and support a team of designers and production artists     and monitor the progress of their work against business needs and project objectives to ensure the success of the team. You will champion the client’s brand and ensure all work is within brand guidelines, while maintaining continuity between formats, line extensions and client/ vendor provided information. Senior Copywriter

Represent Marks and support our ever-evolving business needs and act as an integral member of the team, building partnerships and collaboration with both agency and client teams. Serve as an integral member of the Creative Team and become an instrumental brand steward for both agency and client teams, working exclusively on a dedicated client’s business from our near site agency office.

As the Copywriter, you are the brand’s voice and brand category steward. Partner with the clients to clearly understand the creative brief objectives and partner with design team to create the best brand communications to meet the creative brief and client expectations. The Copywriter is a key collaborator and aligns seamlessly with the design team to present one voice, a unified team POV in making recommendations to the client that contributes to the most effective design strategies and product communications.

Design Director

The Design Director is responsible for building, leading, managing, and mentoring a team of Designers and Adaptive Designers. The Design Director is a strategic thinker and problem solver – turning insights into solutions which deliver against client objectives. A master of their craft – the Design Director elevates the quality of the solutions their team produces. The Design Director is responsible for the design and adaptive design process – from briefing through overseeing final product delivery. They are detail oriented – understanding and managing complex packaging design systems as they rollout across large scale adaptive design projects. A skilled communicator and presenter – they provide our clients and teams with senior level support and service. Working in conjunction with the Creative Director this role also has the day to day responsibility of creative quality assurance and sign off.

The Design Director acts as a coach to the Designers and Adaptive Designers on their team. They will champion and understand their team; leveraging their strengths and supporting their development. The Design Director is a mentor – providing guidance, and monitoring the progress of their team’s work across projects to ensure their success. Industrial Designer

As an Industrial Designer at Webb deVlam, you will be expected to conceptualize and develop product design, structural packaging, and user experiences to support strategic objectives for client, internal and new business projects.  You will also be responsible for presenting and defending your own designs to your project team and clients. While you report to the Design Director, you will work closely with the members of the strategy, engineering, and graphic design teams.

The Junior Designer role will focus on the support of the visual development of brands, promotions and concepts with Creative Director and Senior Art Directors to ensure the quality and integrity of the product meets or exceeds the Marks creative vision, and pushes the boundaries of our client’s expectations. The role needs to demonstrate solid conceptual, visualization and prototyping skills and techniques, the designer must have the ability to develop ideas and concepts from brief through to final design concepts. They are also required to work collaboratively to create, devise solutions and troubleshoot with the internal design, account and client teams.
